Stranger Things’ Millie Bobby Brown is Launching Her Own Converse Sneaker Collection and It’s SO Eleven
You literally can’t get through a single scene of Stranger Things without a shot of a Converse sneaker. The entire party basically lives in the classic shoe, because they provide the unyielding comfort required to take on the Mind Flayer.
Millie Bobby Brown has joined forces with Converse to become the brand’s youngest product collaborator. Today, Converse announces its new, unisex, customizable collection with Brown, called Millie By You.
The breakout Stranger Things star brings her passion for self-expression and aquatic life to the canvas of Converse’s iconic Chuck Taylor All Star sneakers. Brown worked alongside the brand’s design team to develop a palette of 10 one-of-a-kind colorways for shoes that can be customized down to every detail, including the foxing, pinstripe, laces, eyelets, and logo placement.
Millie By You is will be available and ready to build on Converse.com and Converse.eu beginning July 11. Shop Converse.
Millie Bobby Brown — who plays “Eleven” on Netflix’s Stranger Things and recently starred in Godzilla: King of the Monsters — has reportedly been cast in Marvel’s The Eternals.
According to Variety, Brown will join Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, and Richard Madden in the cosmic comic book movie. (Disney had not responded to IGN’s request for comment at time of publish.)
Keanu Reeves and Salma Hayek are also reportedly up for roles in the Disney film, which will be directed by Chloé Zhao.
While none of the aforementioned actors’ roles have been announced nor their casting confirmed, Variety reports that Marvel Studios is expected to announce the full cast — along with their Phase 4 film lineup — at next week’s San Diego Comic-Con.
So far, the rumor mill has pegged Jolie as playing Sersi and Madden as Ikaris.
If you don’t know much about The Eternals — and, let’s face it, most people likely don’t — check out this expansive breakdown on who they are and how they came to be in the Marvel Comics.

I’ve added hundreds of missing photos of Millie from her recent public appearances and talk show stills. The premiere for Stranger Things was tonight and she and cast all looked so lovely!! I apologize for the delay in adding them. I will work on adding new and missing photoshoots, magazine scans, and Stranger Things photos this weekend so be sure to check back! Enjoy.
I’ve added a bunch of magazine scans and photo sessions of Millie from this year that are either recent or missing from the gallery. Check them out! There are so many lovely shots. I will need to work on a new design with these when I have more time. Enjoy.
Sorry for the lack of updates. I’ve had a lot of personal things going on and not able to come online. I am getting caught up on my fansites and am glad to say I got most of Millie’s gallery updated (sans Stranger Things season 3 images which I will add soon.)
I’ve added nearly 600 photos of Millie from her promotional events and press surrounding Godzilla. Check out the photos and the link of videos of her recent interviews.

Prepare for a strange Fourth of July in 2019!
Stranger Things season 3 will premiere July 4, 2019, Netflix announced via a New Years’ Eve-themed video when the clock struck midnight on New Years Day. Similar to how season 2 was released and set around Halloween, the highly-anticipated third season will take place during the summer — specifically the summer of 1985.
Watch the throwback premiere date announcement featuring old Dick Clark footage above, and check out the new poster below, which promises that “one summer can change everything.”
At this point, not much is known about the plot of the upcoming eight-episode season. In December, the streaming service revealed the season’s episode titles, and in August, star David Harbour teased that the season draws on the Chevy Chase comedy Fletch.
“The Duffers are so specific each year with the movies,” Harbour told Variety of the show’s creators Matt and Ross Duffer. “And Fletch is one movie we get to play around and have some fun with this season, which you wouldn’t expect from Stranger Things and you wouldn’t expect from the Spielberg universe and you certainly wouldn’t expect from a darker season.’”
Furthermore, we also know that the season will introduce a new setting — Starcourt, Hawkins’ new mall — thanks to the sly teaser trailer/mall commercial featuring Steve (Joe Keery) and Robin (new cast member Maya Hawke) that was released last summer.
In the depth of winter, the summer feels like a long ways away, but Netflix programming executive Cindy Holland promised it would be “worth the wait” at the Television Critics Association’s press tour in August. “It’s a handcrafted show,” Holland said. “The Duffer Brothers and Shawn Levy, they understand the stakes are high. They want to deliver something bigger and better than last year. I think it’s going to be a fantastic season. It will be worth the wait.”
In the meantime, you can check out EW’s season 2 recaps and ideas for improving the show in the upcoming season.
